Complaints Statistics
Most of the Complaints received by the Commission are related to maladministration. Very few are related to human rights issues. Almost all of them have been investigated. A few have been determined to be outside of the remit of the Commission and there have been the odd cases where a complaint was withdrawn, the investigation discontinued or a matter partially investigated.
